What is Glass Fused to Steel?

Firing

Steel plates are coated with molten glass and fired at high temperatures between
820 °C and 930 °C.

Bonding

During this firing process, the glass melts and chemically reacts with the steel
surface, forming a strong, inert bond.

Cooling

Upon cooling, the result is a seamless, smooth, and durable coating that adheres
firmly to the steel.

Why choose Glass Fused to Steel Tank?

High Durability

GFS tanks are robust and can withstand harsh environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures and weather. With exceptional corrosion resistance, these tanks are designed to last for more than 30 years, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.

Expedited Installation

The prefabricated design allows for a quick and straightforward
assembly process, significantly reducing installation time.

Cost-Effective Investment

With minimal capital investment required, GFS tanks also
feature low maintenance costs, making them an economical choice over their lifespan.

Rigorous Quality Control

Production processes adhere to international standards,
ensuring high-quality manufacturing and performance consistency.

Adaptability

These tanks offer remarkable flexibility, enabling modifications, extensions,
dismantling, and relocation to meet changing needs and requirements.
